Express Personal Training sessions designed for maximum results in minimum time.
The Express Personal Training is a 30min session at a higher intensity. All clients will be shown a 5-10 warm up to carry out before hand and a 5 min stretch afterwards. So the full session will be around 40-45 mins. (30mins with me). All other support you get at the basic 121 seasons is also included so you you will receive nutritional analysis , support and progress pics as well.
